Start from lived experience
A useful LinkedIn post often begins with a decision, observation, mistake, or result. Specific experience makes familiar advice feel credible and memorable.
State the lesson clearly
Give readers one central takeaway. Support it with a short example, then explain how someone else can apply it in their own work.
Keep the tone human
Write as you would explain the idea to a thoughtful colleague. Remove inflated claims, unnecessary jargon, and sentences that do not move the point forward.
Invite perspective
End with a focused question when discussion will add value. Ask about a decision or experience, not for generic agreement.
